Yesterday we made snow googles with blue cellophane and cardboard. These were like the ones that Sir Edmund Hillary used to climb Mt Everest, the tallest mountain in the world. One of the challenges he faced was he couldn't see properly in the snow. He faced this challenge by wearing snow googles. Having all the equipment he needed showed he was prepared and organised. Being prepared and organised is a quality that explorers have.
